Our high-level goal is to automate and elevate the complex coordination of event planning. Your mission is to build the supply backbone that makes this possible.
You will bridge the gap between commercial strategy and product excellence. You will not only own the supplier relationships but also work deeply with our engineering team to ensure our product delivers the highest relevance of supply and reliability of curation.
- Commercial Ownership: You hold significant P&L responsibility, specifically regarding the margins and commissions we generate. You will optimize our supply base for maximum commercial success.
- Product Development: You will work side-by-side with our engineering team to translate supplier nuances into technical reality, ensuring our automated curation meets the highest standards of quality.
- Strategic Sourcing & Exclusivity: You will actively identify and secure exclusive partnerships with core suppliers through data-driven research and deep industry experience. Beyond outbound you will also selectively handle inbound requests and build sustainable, long-term relationships with key partners.
Your profile
We are looking for a builder who combines a background in hospitality with razor-sharp business acumen.
- Hospitality Roots, Business Mindset: You likely come from a background in hospitality but have demonstrated strong business and entrepreneurial acumen—evidenced by career progression into leadership with P&L responsibility or advanced studies (e.g. through an MBA).
- Complex Stakeholder Management: You have experience managing complex supplier structures in the hospitality sector (or similar industries) and know how to navigate the technical landscape.
- Tech-Fluent: You know how to work with technical stakeholders. You understand that "supply" in a tech company isn't just about phone calls—it's about data, APIs, and product integration.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: You want to build this with us in the long run. You are looking for a role where you can apply your experience to shape a company's trajectory, not just execute a playbook.
