Deine Rolle

Market Intelligence: You analyze competitors, identify new market trends, and create research briefings to support our expansion strategy.
Sales & Growth: You support the build-up of our sales pipeline, qualify inbound leads, and help us get potential partners excited about eventfirst.com.
Operations & Processes: You challenge the status quo and help us make internal processes more efficient (e.g., in our CRM, Onboarding, or Customer Success workflows).
Project Management: You take ownership of your own small projects – from planning a marketing campaign to preparing investor documentation.

Your mission

You’re not here to make coffee. As part of our Business Team, you will work directly with the founders and management. You will learn firsthand how to scale a tech company and overcome operational hurdles.

Your profile

Background: You are currently studying Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field (Gap years welcome!).
Mindset: You are organized, detail-oriented, and love the idea of combining "Events" with "Tech/AI".
Skills: You are a digital native. You know your way around Google Workspace and pick up new software quickly.
Languages: You have excellent communication skills in English (company language) and ideally German (to talk to local venue partners).
Drive: You want to work in a fast-paced startup environment where your input actually changes the product.
