Your profile
- Several years of experience in event management (in an agency, corporate, or start-up environment)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Digital affinity & proficiency with tools (e.g., event software, collaboration tools)
- Confident, professional demeanor and strong negotiation skills
- A structured and detail-oriented work approach, even in complex setups
- Excellent German and good English language skills
- A hands-on mentality, a strong sense of ownership, and team spirit
